This is another fairly dated award with the majority of pro-wrestlers being well-versed in an array of styles. However certain guys do stick to a more aggression, brawling style and the best exponent of this is Tomohiro Ishii. He just batters people. It’s hard not to love. A major criticism of Ishii is that his matches are very similar. Luckily that means they’re all awesome. WALTER, a wrestler who’s reputation has sky-rocketed in 2017 is equally adept at brawling as he is at technical skill. Where his brawling gives him the edge is in strike exchanges, where he’s been the Daddy all year. WALTER vs. Ishii in 2018 please. Strowman makes up the top three. His size limits what WWE want him to do and brawling is key to his success. He’s really good at it. The Summerslam main event proved this beyond all doubt.
